The Importance of Occupational Medicine Outpatient Clinics; a Single Center Experience in Turkey

Objective: The specialty of occupational medicine is newly developing in Turkey and the number specialists clinics are very few. aim this study to present first two-year data an outpatient clinic. This clinic unique as it a secondary health care center (except dedicated disease hospitals), residency-trained specialist was running will be compared with national numbers order show if these make difference diagnosis notification diseases.
 Materials Methods: collected from hospital database between 2017 August 2019 who applied Occupational Diseases Clinic hospital. Only patients were referred by physician or themselves suspicion included study. for periodic examinations, fitness work evaluations not included.
 Results: A total 491 444 them did have prior disease. Of patients, 162 (36.4%) diagnosed 42.6 % diagnoses pneumoconiosis.
